The Daewoo corrosion warranty, or rust perforation limited warranty, includes repairs to any original body panels that are perforated by corrosion, rust completely through from the inside out. This warranty covers any repairs of corrosion due to manufacturer defect or workmanship. The Daewoo corrosion warranty begins at the first date of delivery (in-service date) or the first date of use.

What Is Covered Under The Daewoo Corrosion Warranty?

The Daewoo Corrosion warranty covers any rust through due to corrosion on any original body panels due to manufacturer defect or workmanship. Replaced body panels will be covered as long as they are provided by Daewoo. It also covers any rust that has not perforated the body panel if the rust occurs due to manufacturer defect or workmanship. It is up to Daewoo to decided to repair the affected are rather than replace it.

How Long is the Daewoo Corrosion Warranty?

The Daewoo corrosion warranty applies for 5 years regardless of mileage. It begins with the new vehicle limited warranty and starts the first day of ownership or use. The Daewoo corrosion warranty is fully transferable from one Daewoo owner to the next automatically.
